OBC Traditional Cast Bedsteads |
The Original Bedstead Company OBC collection has
13 different traditional cast bedsteads, including the rather splendid
Athalone metal bed which is shown in the image below with a bronze
patina. The Athalone bedstead is available in a bronze or silver
patina as a double, king size or super king size bed.
The traditional cast bed range combines style and elegance and
includes a wide choice of different styles from classic French bed
designs to traditional British style beds and opulent four posters.
Every one of the bedsteads is made using techniques perfected over
the years with quality base metals and solid castings. The purest
cast brass is used which is in turn antiqued and finished by hand
to complement the lustrous finishes. |

The other beds in the OBC Collection of traditional
cast beds are the Alva, Arigna, Ballina, Calais, Carrie, Clare,
Lyon, Marseille, Paris, Thorpe, Timolin and Windsor.
The metal beds in this range are available in a variety of sizes
from single through to super king bed size with different finishes.
A low footend version of the OBC Carrie traditional
cast bed is also available.
The range also includes a traditional cast bedside table, as shown

OBC Cast with Brass Bedsteads |
The Original Bedstead Company OBC collection has
12 different cast with brass bedsteads, including the Camolin bed
which is shown in the image below with a silver patina with gold
highlights. The Camolin bedstead is also available in a bronze patina
with antique brass. The Camolin bedstead is available to order as
a double, king size or super king size bed. |

OBC Genuine Brass Bedsteads |
The Original Bedstead Company OBC collection has
6 different genuine brass bedsteads, including the Braemore bed
which is shown in the image below in genuine brass with antique
finish. The Braemore bedstead is also available to order as a double,
king size or super king size bed.
The inspiration for the OBC genuine brass range of beds can be
traced back to the designs of the Victorians who perfected the art
of brass bedstead design and manufacture using the purest brass
to create timeless classics. Every bed that leaves the Original
Bedstead Company workshop is handmade to age old techniques using
an antiquing process to ensure the look of a true original. Whether
you want a traditionally classic brass bedstead, bolder or more
ornate bedstead all the beds in the range are made to the same exacting

4 different nickel bedsteads, including the Newton bed which is

beds are the Cara, Carnew, Ellon, Emyvale and Rora.
The Ardo and Ellon beds in the range are available with a pewter
finish, the Cara has a glossy ivory finish, the Carnew a glossy

The Pronto range is always in stock at the manufacturer and as
such is available with rapid delivery times.
The Pronto Edwardian bedstead is also available to order with a
satin black finish and can be ordered as a single, small double,
double, king size or super king size bed. If you like the look of

beds are the traditional Chatsworth and Winchester beds and the
contemporary grid style Milano bed.

A low footend version is available of 4 of the Original
Bedstead Company OBC collection beds - the brass Arran Low End,
traditional cast Carrie Low End in a glossy ivory finish and the
Clarina Low End in a glossy ivory with antique finish and the Tulsk
Low End with a texture ivory and gold highlights finish, both of
which are traditional cast with brass beds. |
