The Bed Studio Collection includes OBC traditional cast bedsteads,

four poster bedsteads, day beds, modern bedsteads and single bedsteads. |

All the OBC beds are lovingly hand crafted in a
combination of iron, cast metal and genuine brass. All OBC beds

As this is a "made to order" collection
of OBC beds once you have chosen the name of the bed design you
can customise it by choosing from a selection of different bed knobs,
finials, castors, cast covers and different colours and finishes.
The range of colours and finishes for traditional and cast metal,
contemporary and transitional beds and bedside tables is impressive
with over 15 different options to choose from!
In terms of beds sizes, single, small double, double, king size
and super king size Bed Studio beds are available to order. Note,
not all beds are available in all sizes.

Bed Studio Traditional Cast Bedsteads |
The Original Bed Company OBC collection has 13 different
traditional cast bedsteads, including the stunning Chillingham metal
bed which is shown in the image below. |

The Bed Studio traditional cast bed range combines
style and elegance and includes a wide choice of different styles
from classic French bed designs to traditional British style beds
and opulent four posters. Every one of the beds is made using techniques
perfected over the years with quality base metals and solid castings.
The purest cast brass is used which is in turn antiqued and finished
by hand to complement the lustrous finishes of the range.
The other beds in the Bed Studio traditional cast beds collection
are the Buttermere, Castleton, Errol, Iona, Kintyre, Lisburn, Lynemore,
Prestwick, Ramore, Turriff, Wallace and Walton. |
Bed Studio Cast with Brass Bedsteads |
The Original Bed Company Bed Studio collection has
11 different cast with brass bedsteads, including the Banff bed
which is shown in the image below in satin black with antique brass
and crackle porcelain.

Bed Studio Genuine Brass Bedsteads |
The Original Bed Company Bed Studio collection has
12 different genuine brass bedsteads, including the magnificent
Lochranza bed which is shown in the image below in antique brass. |

The inspiration for the Bed Studio genuine brass
range of beds can be traced back to the designs of the Victorians
who perfected the art of brass bedstead design and manufacture using
the purest brass to create timeless classics. Every bed that leaves
the Original Bedstead Company workshop is handmade to age old techniques
using an antiquing process to ensure the look of a true original.
Whether you want a traditionally classic brass bedstead, bolder
or more ornate bedstead all the beds in the range are made to the
same exacting Victorian standards.

are the Ayr, Boyne, Caldermill, Calderton, Cambleton, Clarinbridge,
Clifton, Elgin, Liddlesdale, Mandallay, Merrion and Montrose. |
Bed Studio Nickel and Chrome Bedsteads |
The Original Bed Company Bed Studio collection has
a nickel version of the Elgin bedstead which is also available in
brass. The Elgin nickel bed can be seen in the image below. |

The Ashby chrome bed with leather panels is also
available to order.
Nothing quite compares to the cool sophistication of nickel and
chrome. The chrome and nickel beds are an innovative mix of traditional
bed design transformed by the use of this most contemporary of finishes.

Bed Studio Modern Bedsteads |
The Original Bed Company Bed Studio collection has
9 different genuine brass bedsteads, including the Lomond bed which
is shown in the image below in an antique silver finish. |

The Original Bedstead Company's Bed Studio modern
bedstead range has been designed to create a selection of modern
classics which defy fad and fashion whilst making a bold contemporary
statement. The designs include softly sweeping beds in silver, as
shown in the image above, and other cooler shades or more expressively
moody designs.
